The Need

Hamilton Zanze is real estate investment firm with an established reputation for investment in the multifamily real estate sub-sector. In business as a partnership since 2001, the San Francisco-based firm had long-relied on the personal connections of its founders for the securing of its investment capital. As the Founders began to consider their inevitable future retirement, they knew it would be important for the company to be able to grow its investment base beyond these personal circles to include investment partnerships established as a result of the company’s reputation alone.

Alongside a concerted transition plan, HZ decided to partner with Curated Communications to proactively grow its brand awareness around the country. The team decided to pursue a Media Relations and social media campaign to increase their brand recognition inside of the real estate industry and with high-value investors as well. Launched in 2017, the ongoing partnership has led to the growth of the firm’s investor base and increased their reputational trust as they have spread their investment into new regions around the United States.
