The Need

One North Group is a real estate development firm based in St. Louis Missouri. Launched as a small, agile partnership in 2017, the firm needed to quickly establish a web presence to build credibility for their initial development deal ambitions.important goal.

the solution

Curated Communications worked closely with creative partner and project lead, Blue Linen Creative, to develop messaging for the new firm. This messaging was captured through a series of developer interviews, where the Curated team was able to identify the team’s unique value proposition and organizational goals. This foundational messaging was then crafted into individual page copy for the launch of the new website.
